What a funded file actually looks like.

Real numbers from files we have run, anonymised and published with the client's permission. Different industries, different structures — the one constant is that we read the statements before we quote anything.

Recently funded

Each card shows the headline amount, the structure we used, and how fast the money landed.

Figures are illustrative of typical outcomes and are not a guarantee. Every file is different; final amount, factor rate, term and payment schedule are set by the funding partner and disclosed in writing before you sign. NC Advance is a broker, not a lender. Full disclosures.

How we read a file

The application form is three fields. The decision comes from the bank statements — here is what we actually look at.

01 — Deposits
Consistency beats size. Three steady months reads better than one huge month followed by two quiet ones.
02 — Average daily balance
This is what tells us whether a daily payment will actually clear. It is why the calculator and the form quote different numbers.
03 — Existing positions
We find them anyway. Disclose them up front and we underwrite the total burden, not each advance in isolation.
04 — Seasonality
A restaurant in January is not a restaurant in December. We set the schedule around the pattern, not the average.
05 — Negative days
Occasional overdrafts are normal. A pattern of them means the payment has to be smaller — or the answer is to wait.
06 — Who you pay
Multiple daily debits are the real problem, not the rate. That is when consolidation beats new capital.
